In recognition of Public Health Month, the second annual Community Health Fair will spotlight local health organizations and services available to Springfield residents. The provider organizations in attendance will feature free, local resources to improve residents’ health and well-being. All visitors will receive a prize for visiting the Community Health Fair (while supplies last). Fair is sponsored by the Springfield City Library and the Office of Health and Racial Equity at the Springfield Department of Health and Human Services.
